We teach through potent example, lives of heroes and saints, and tell the stories of the nations to furnish every child’s mind with the tales of God and man’s work in the world.
Wonder in Creation
Our first science is the observation of everything around us, and the most beautiful thing, most directly expressive of God’s beautiful order and design, is nature. Cor Jesu students are taught to see — not just to look, but to notice, to wonder, and to make connections and discover patterns.
Creators at Heart
We are designed to delight in the music of the spheres and dance with their motion. At Cor Jesu, “extra” arts such as singing, dance, handicrafts, cooking, fine arts, and making of all kinds are an integral part of every child’s education. Students are given skills that are both delightful and useful, as well as the confidence that goes with them.
